For the first point: An Apple Beatle is the master in those things (in sites too) and maybe Indica knows some others too.

For the second one: have you already tried some of these?

Anyway, here you'll find more sites with bass tabs:

Thanks, Apple Beatle I need you. I am in a punk band (already with only playing bass for a month or two) I can play all the songs fine. The guitar player has been playing for a while he is probably about a 5 on terms of skill (1-10) But we dont know much music theory. I can always think of a bassline in my head but I want to learn scales and chords so I know excatly how to put the sound in my head into my bass. :D

Oh btw thanks Raxo and Indicia for the sites.

Hey...never realised I was leaving such a void. lol

Tabs for 'This Boy'. I am not much of a tab man as I rely on my ears mainly. I can tell you what notes to start from C, C/B/A, E/Eb/D, A/Ab/G for the verses

chorus starting from F,E,A,C F,D,G,D,G

Hopefully that goes some way. ;o)
