There's a new studio album from Ringo coming up. Expected release in June this year. Produced by Mark Hudson, Dave Stewart and Ringo. It's going to be a more 'synthetic' album, quite different from his last four efforts. The album's gonna be called Liverpool 8, referring to Ringo's former postal code.

London's The Daily Mail reported that Michael Jackson has flown to Britain with his children to meet with Paul McCartney, in an effort to sell him his share of Beatles songs. The price for Jackson's portion of the Northern Songs catalogue, which includes nearly all of John Lennon and Paul McCartney's 1960s compositions, is reportedly worth about $390 million.

Jackson couldn't have picked a worse time could he? There's no way he'll get anywhere near what he wants. That is if Macca is still interested given that the copyright starts running out in a few years.

Ringo's new album Liverpool 8 is supposed to be released early next year I have heard & hopefully it will be a hit like Paul's latest album.
