Agreed; I don't think it's limited to Russians.  :)

Looks like they are having fun, but I can't imagine the landlord or their neighbors are too happy.  :-\

I has enough trouble watching the part in the Mission Impossible film where Tom Cruise climbs the outside of the Dubai Burj Khalifa. And that was on a small screen on the plane.
