I saw the original Star Wars back in 77 during my younger days & I wasn't too impressed with it so I could care less about the new one.

Am I alone?

I have recently watched the first 3 films on video for the first time. There's only room for one obsession in my life!

Love the old ones, but I am no fanatic. Costumes are just a bit too much for my tastes.

???. What the? Anyway, I can't wait to see it even though the last two newer ones sucked. I have to go because I was sucked in as a little kid in the 70's. It's like I'm brainwashed or something. I just wanna see him turn into Darth Vader already. He was always the best character anyway. I'm glad Chewbaka's in this one too btw. So I'm a dork. Kill me.

I've never seen any of the Star Wars either. No interest . I always thought they looked rather boring.

No, not just a guy thing. It's also generational. I know many, many people around my age that cannot wait to see it. Both male and female. Star Wars was huge! I can't believe all these anti-Star Wars people around here! Anyway, the last two did SUCK, but I'm hearing good things about this one. Oh, and Missy, I agree, Obiwan is hot! That is, if you're talking about Ewan McGregor, NOT Alec Guiness!

I saw it last night with the wife and brats and it was decent.

I still say the 'Clone Wars' was the best out of all of them, but yet everybody says it sucks. Oh well. The first one (or fourth I guess 'New Hope') was a classic as was the last two (those damn Ewoks were freakin annoying though). The 'Phantom Menace' drug and was pretty boring, but it did have to set up the whole damn thing. Anyways, 'Revenge of the Sith' was good, but a tad below the 'CW's' in my opinion.

I was the geek when Star Wars first came out because I was the only boy who didn't get into everything Star Wars like other kids my age. I just never liked Space-stuff or Sci-Fi. Still don't.

A friend of mine has 3 Star Wars tattoos, and keeps his Star Wars collection in his parents' house, cause it doesn't fit in his own house anymore.
