Also, an honorable mention to Merry X-Mas. It's my favorite Christmas song; surely blows Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

I heard this on Beatlearama the other night.  It started out as a really cool solo guitar accompaniment in the vein of "Julia" or "Blackbird" (with chord changes similar to "Sexy Sadie") then a full band comes in and sorta destroys the mood and the acoustic guitar gets lost.
