I voted for I saw her standing there  ---> because as the first song on the first LP it is an amazing beginning/introduction.  I realize it wasn't the first recorded/released, but for so many people it may have been the first song heard.

With stiff competition from "Twist And Shout" and "There's A Place", Please Please Me gets my vote. It still sounds ground breakingly fresh and vibrant even today.

I voted for Do You Want To Know A Secret.I love George's voice on that song (I always love George's voice) and I really like the way that song makes me feel.It sounds very nice and my second favorite would be Misery.
