Microsoft is still blocking this page. I cleared my cache history and am still being blocked. Today I opted to "proceed anyway." Sure hope that wasn't a mistake.

Is that Microsoft Security Essentials that is generating the block?

No, it says "Microsoft Smart Screen." There is an option to report the site as safe, which I already did, a few days ago.

I tried accessing the forum on my work computer using Internet Explorer and Edge with Smart Screen enabled and I had no problem. It could just be some kind of setting on your machine. I feel quite confident that the site is safe. This might be why I read that some people find Smart Screen annoying. LOL

Thanks again, Kelley; I'll have to double check my security settings. They're set pretty high because I have to do a lot of online searching for the work I do, so I have some pretty high security settings. When I get a minute I'll take more time to figure it out. McAfee is no longer flagging the site, so I figure (hope) I'm safe!

I'm still getting the malware warnings and have been proceeding to this site regardless because I was sure it was safe. I clicked on a link in this site a couple of days ago and one of my debit cards immediately got hacked, both domestically and internationally. A coincidence, most likely.

Is anyone else still getting these? We found out what link was causing the warning to be generated and Dmitry deleted that whole post. I haven't seen a warning since then.

Woot woot! I just checked back and the malware warning is gone. I'm not likely to click on a link anytime soon, but I'm glad to be able to access the forum again!

The malware warnings I was getting specifically stated that this site may contain a link that would cause my personal financial information to be hacked; that's why I was wary. Being a curmudgeon, though, I do a lot of online shopping, so who knows. Either way, I'm happy to be able to access this site again.

I’ve been getting warned about this for several years by Firefox and now Safari, my iPad browser, has gotten in on it. It’s because we’re logging in with an unencrypted site. Most sites have “https” now instead of just “http” at the beginning of the web address. It’s likely to hurt our search ranking with Google in July when the Chrome browser is going to start giving this warning.

That’s interesting, Kathy. Maybe this is something different than than what I’ve been experiencing. It would be a good idea to do a full scan with your antivirus then a malware scan. Cover all the bases.
