Title: McCartney & Skynyrd
Post by: Wayne L. on January 19, 2005, 01:02:10 PM
As a dedicated Beatles/Skynyrd fan for a long time I never thought I would see these two legendary acts together for the Super Bowl which is about as cool as you get.  Paul is going to be doing the halftime show at the Super Bowl while Lynyrd Skynyrd is going to be playing live the night before on CMT in a concert special.  BTW, I hope McCartney jams with Skynyrd during this concert special on CMT which would be great.

Kansas is going to be playing at the superbowl sometime during the weekend too, but I have no idea when.

Really Kansas?  Thats great!  I dont really have an interest in Skynard as performers anymore, oo few members left.  They came to my city recently and I probably should have gone (it was real cheap) but for some reason I passed.
