Check out this cool set of 45s I got last Saturday. I was outbid, but I contacted the Seller and he had bought out a record store and had an identical set. Each one says 'For Jukeboxes Only'.

I collected that juke-box set too! Those are the ones on the purple Capitol label right?

Exactly. I got them for a pretty decent price. I'd like to frame them, but they've never been played and I'd hate to do anything that would compromise the vinyl.

Yeah, I do. It's great for a Beatles collector where I live...there's an antique shop that sells Beatle vinyl in VG-VG++ condition for an average of $20 per album.

Oh my gosh...that is hilarious!  I guess the printer people fell asleep at the switch with that one.  And the cover pic is atrocious, too.   ;D ;D

I'm not an active vinyl collector (I don't have much money and never owned a record player), but I do have some Beatles vinyls at my house--various LP's, EP's, and singles.  Some are even framed right now.

i find it very hard to find people to show my albums and such that show enthusiasm the way i would exspect...especially when i show them my rare beatle stuff...they don't seem impressed by the fact i have over 15,000 albums at last count...i do have an excessive amount tho...maybe too many...

I'm gradually taking over my dad's record collection.  Actually, over the summer we listened to quite a few, unfortunately my Hey Jude 45's scratched to pieces (thanks to my mom being reckless with it when she was a kid) so I'm going to frame it, I just need a matting for it :)

oh I bet.  I remember when we were moving (we did 2 cross country moves) we had to cataloge all of the albums and 45s for insurance purposes.  They had a fun time moving all of them!!
