I'll do it as long as I can pick it up with a Kleenex. But it will have to wait until Sunday at midnight because it's going to rain tomorrow night. See how I brought things back around to "What's the weather like in your country or state?"  :P

Tomorrow night will be a good time fer collectin' spunk-water!

Don't bury the dead spider with the Kleenex.  Just drop it into the hole you dug.

Okay, but if you don't see me 'round these parts for a while send out a search party!

Kelley, if you're going to be throwing dead cats into cemeteries, swinging dead rats on strings around your head, and burying dead spiders in your neighbors' yards at night, you'll be easy for us to find.

And we won't need a search party either!     ;D

I guess I would kind of stand out if I did those things but that's a real big if! What's really funny Barry is that I got this wrong number text today:

This song was banned by most radio stations in 1966 because of the lyric at 00:27

This edited version got limited airplay...

Probably because it was banned.  ;)

But you did, in fact, hear it before.  Lou Christie reworked Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture to get Rhapsody In The Rain...

Lightnin' Lou Christie (I'm staying on topic here, Kelley.  We had a thunderstorm last night) had a great three-octave vocal range...

And who else but Lightnin' Lou could find love in an automobile wrecking yard...

Yeah, Bongo.  He made sure he had the same guitarist who did the same big guitar work at 1:48 in Lightnin' Strikes.  Lightnin' Lou knew how to put a song together alright.

Ha ha! Don't tell me you're scared of me. You do have seniority over me, you know. I'm still just a deputy. ;)

It would be fitting since there certainly is steel everywhere. And it's fitting for "Rhapsody in the Rain" to pay tribute to such a beautiful piece of music as the Tchaikovsky piece. Over eight minutes and I still didn't want it to end. I guess there's a reason it's been used so much in the movies when people fall in love. They even used it when Miss Shields fell in love with Ralphie's Christmas theme. LOL

Nah, I weren't afeard, Deputy m'am.  I jus' fergotted I was a moderator, that's all.

That there Tchaikovsky feller could sho'nuff write music!  But I reckon that there Fantasy Overture needed some big geetar work; the kind Bongo likes.

Same here, Dave.  It's in the low 60s this evening.

The leaves just started changing a few days ago here in Central New Jersey.  We're going to have a late fall with temperatures in the 70s expected this week.
