It's not so much what you said, but it's the fact that I KNOW it's not all done in good fun. It's one thing to point out the foibles in your own religion, it's a very different thing to make a big joke out of someone else's.

Wow... the way you bash religion left and right, I would never have guessed you were Catholic. It's just that Catholics are, in fact, one of the few groups that it's still socially acceptable to smear.

But you know what, I don't want to start a fight or anything. It's just that it's a very big part of me, and well... bashing religion is almost the same as racism.

hahaha, actually catholics tend to range from extreme liberalism to extreme conservatism. i tend to teter between extreme liberalism and moderation. all depends on my mood.

but just for the record, i make jokes about...well everything, ive even made jokes while making love (made it a night she never forgot...for more then the obvious reason

). i dont want to offend anyone to the point of death threats but there are times you just have to look at something so basic and so influential in our lives that you just have to laugh...or at least chuckle.

i do this to help relieve tension in the world, cause if you cant laugh at a joke, no matter how bad, even if you cant crack a simple smile, then its time that you take a look at life. is it really so straightlaced that you cant laugh at it once in awhile. you dont have to laugh at something like this all the time, but a smile will not get you sent to hell...or your equivilent of it
