Here's an interesting find, which came about because of noticing a sentence mentioning a Press Conference in Memphis in August of 1966; on page 129 of Steve Turner's book, 'Beatles '66'. Previously, the only complete interview published, was the one (which you can find a link to, within the 'tomorrow never knows' link in my Jan. 14th Beatles News review of Simon & Garfunkel's Box Set) the Beatles gave to the ITV British News crew, backstage in Memphis Coliseum; which was also filmed. I did a little research and then searching, and came across this footage, shot at a News Conference in Memphis by the local news. No sound until 1.29, and when there is any, it's poorly recorded. Really inept. Figures. (NOTE: There is a small portion of this Press Conference in Keith Badman's book, 'The Beatles: Off The Record' - pages 235-236.)
