35th Anniversary of UK release of 'Let It Be'
« on: May 08, 2005, 12:58:38 PM »

May 8,1970 - The Beatles' box set album "Let It Be" (Apple PX 1) is released in the U.K. Tracks: "Two of Us," "I Dig a Pony," "Across the Universe," "I Me Mine," "Dig It," "Let It Be," "Maggie Mae," "I've Got a Feeling," "One After 909," "The Long and Winding Road," "For You Blue," and "Get Back." The album comes in a slip case box complete with a 160-page full colour booklet with photos by Ethan Russell taken during the "Get Back" sessions in January of 1969. Highest chart position: No.1.

I only own this album on record. I have Let It Be...Naked on CD.

I have a "Get Back" bootleg CD and Let It Be...Naked on CD...........I'm not a big fan of this Spectorized album, but it has the ultimate version of "Two Of Us"
