New theory coming up..but first a question :

On the original Let It Be album, just before Dig A Pony gets going, someone shouts 'Hold it!'

Who is it and why does he say it?

Wasn't it Paul? I guess something was wrong with the sound or because someone did something wrong.

I think it was Paul: "one, two, three, hold it [John blows his nose] one, two, three". The song ends with John saying "Thank you brothers ... hands too cold to play the chords."

Yes, Bobber and Kate, we see him quickly getting rid of his cigarette which he throws on the floor.
Then he says 'Hold it!',the others look round and then what does Ringo do?
Do you really think he blows his nose?Do you think he has time?Can you see a kleenex?

Incidentally, now's the time to put on the headphones and give a good listen to the beginning of this track on the original Let It Be album.What exactly do you hear?
