Yoko Ono and May Pang insist: John Lennon did not have bulimia

The two women closest to John Lennon are speaking out against claims that the former Beatle suffered with bulimia. A new book entitled Backstage Pass VIP by Debra Sharon Davis claims that John Lennon suffered from crippling eating disorders, specifically bulimia.

people will say just about anything to get publicity for their new book :(

John was terribly thin; that's something I've always noticed in pictures from the last years of his life. An eating disorder certainly could have been the cause but unless this author has credible medical proof this is all just conjecture. So much has been written about all of The Beatles and I think this author is just resorting to sensationalism in an attempt to set her book apart from its predecessors. Even if some medical professional had proof that this is true, that type of confidentiality breach would turn me off so I guess I'll skip this one!
