Appreciate the feedback, but when you dress a bomb in a baby stroller it doesn't make it any more pretty. I can see through your polite well wishes and semi-disclaimers and see the digs. It doesn't bother me of your opinion, it bothers me the way you sugar coated it lol

Looking for a bit more excitement out of songs too, well 1 is upbeat and the other 2 aren't 3 songs is not a cross section of an artists work when they have recorded 20+ songs, as for out of tune stuff... I hear it in Armydale Lee and I am going to fix that because it bugs me, here and there doesn't bother me as long as it isn't everywhere.

:)

Not sugarcoated, Jonny, in my humble opinion. I have put my points of critic here and clear. On the other hand I can see what you are up to and I sincerely think that is a good thing to do. That is not a bomb in a baby stroller and that's not sugarcoating. It is true that the three soundclips does not give an overall impression on your work and they sounded not to good because of the compression and my lack of a decent set of speakers on the computer.

You have an awfully big mouth for someone who hasn't yet accomplished a damn thing. And what makes you believe you have such a bright future as a lyricist?

As long as none of your lyrics have even been put to music yet, you're not even a lyricist, but just a guy who writes stuff down at home. Nothing more.

You don't know what I have accomplished but I do know I'm smarter & richer than you are any day of the week BP.  I'm a lyricist & you're a joke & you know it. BTW, I'm not stupid enough to post my lyrics on the net anyway.

Hi Jonny,

The problem with asking for feedback is you're gonna get it - good OR bad. I thought Bobber's critisism was very constructive but it hurts when people critique, it's a natural reaction. I don't think you should take offence when it was you yourself that asked for people's opinions.

I'll give your tracks a blast when I get home :-)

I think everyone should just chill out a bit - it's only music! ;D

I've released 3 albums and 3 EPs so far and toured in 7 countries. How about you?

Big deal.  You're still a nobody aren't you?  I know what I'm doing & you don't have to worry even though I believe I will be easily above you.

Biscuit, can you post some stuff by your band? I know you're hardcork/punk/whatever but it does interest me what other members are doing and god knows I may love it. :D

Wow...it's all busy round here at the mo!! lol...

Sorry JM, I gave an honest opinion and I really do respect you've put your work out. I know the sh*t involved to achieve that. So steady on dude.

My time will come for a slating when and if I get any of my stuff up here.

Wayne to be involved in being above people and self proclaiming your greatness all the time shows you have all the wrong attitude to music anyway and your fate will be a bitter one for it. Why don't you write a theme song for the next Bush campaign? Better still, he could do with a great speech right now!!! lol

Even if you will be above me (don't count on it), the thing is: RIGHT NOW YOU'RE NOT. b****.

And present time is what counts, the future doesn't excist yet.

The future looks brighter for me than it does for you.  I'm not a woman, but you might be.

Just got my first listen. Not sure what to make of Downslide because the screaming scared me off bits :-D (yeah, not very hardcore), but I found MM's music really cool. A bit more on the sophisticated side and I think that really worked. Anyway to get the lyrics? I know they msut be a major component to your songs considering the politically interested person you are. I really couldn't make the words out with the guitars.

Hell, if you were touring the U.S and dropped by in New York, I'd go to one of your shows, man.

Oh, but I never write lyrics. I think singers should write their own lyrics, I think it's so unnatural if someone's singing somebody else's words. I only write music.

Hmm, I agree & disagree.
I think if a band..or two musicians are trying to say the same thing, it doesn't matter who plays what. Like the comedy album we are writing..I've wrote most of the lyrics..but can't sing..so we have shared them out ...the one's I sing.....well I can just tag them Punk* haha..how ignorant. :)

I expect to get criticized harshly & be harassed like I always do for my comments from some of the parasites here who say they're Beatles fans but I don't believe it.  I don't care if any of you believe me or not especially BP who is crazy but but I knowwhat I'm talking about most of the time & none of you will admit it.  I think this guy will have success in the music business if he wants it bad enough & writing lyrics isn't too hard for me at because it's too easy.  I'm not going to post my lyrics on this site or anywhere else because I'm not that stupid for one so you can call me anything you want like you usually do without any facts.
