Hello Goodbye:  I watched "On the Beach" last year.  Decades ago, I also watched it but without much interest or awareness of what it was about.

Maybe I'll re-view it but it really isn't what I'd classify as entertainment.

I created my post because well, it's a sign of a shift in thinking maybe and government is catching up with that and expressing its involvement in perhaps an attempt to reassure us.  A nuclear attack would result in incredible devastation so I don't know how many people would be able to view a PSA or find comfort in viewing it somehow.

Life is a day-by-day experience no matter what's going on in the world.  We are that fragile and vulnerable to death on a seemingly normal ordinary everyday - any random day of any random calendar date.

Life is always in the now.  Is there an interval between moments?  I read somewhere once that we blip in and out of existence.  Right now, I'm conscious and aware and that is my claim to existence.  Live and let die.
