Oh, this one was actually a tough one for me... I had to go with Help! though, partly because I was treated to a horrible version of She loves you courtesy of the duo The Boys when I was young, and I've had an unfair dislike for the song ever since.

They're both great, but I voted for SHE LOVES YOU. It was one of the earliest songs I ever heard that defined the Beatles' style and really sounded raunchy at the time. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah! :D

"Help!" although "She Loves You" may be my favorite Beatles song before "Ticket to Ride" came along.

I actually can't vote on this one...I really can't decide.  I think "She Loves You" is almost perfect early-60s pop, but help...nuh, can't pick!
