Abbey Road's HELTER SHELTER Concert Benefits Riverside Dachshund Rescue in Upland, 8/25

The national touring band, Abbey Road – A Tribute to the Beatles, brings their three costume change show to the Grove Theatre in Upland, to lend support to a Riverside Dachshund rescue organization.

Beatles Shea Stadium concert anniversary.

It was 47 years ago tonight (August 15th, 1965) that the Beatles played their legendary concert at Shea Stadium in New York City. The show was the first on their 1965 U.S. summer tour, and it was also the first-ever open-air stadium rock concert.
