John Lennon's 'Imagine' suit for sale.12/2010
The white suit worn by John Lennon on The Beatles Abbey Road album cover is to be sold at auction. The two piece white suit, will be sold in Connecticut, along with the blazer Lennon wore in the 1971 video for Imagine and a Chrysler station wagon car John Lennon and Yoko Ono owned in New York.Kathy Braswell, from Braswell Galleries, which is holding the sale on January 1,2011, said Lennon had chosen the car so people would not recognise he and Yoko Ono.
