Meet The Beatles' Massive Vinyl Box Set

Beatles fans, dust off your record players. The band's original studio album remasters, which were released on CD and iTunes to much fanfare in 2009 and 2010, will make their stereo vinyl debuts on November 13 as part of an elaborate box set.

Beatles' value to Universal revealed following EMI merger

The Beatles’ worth to Universal has been spelt out by new Music Week research naming the group as one of the biggest-selling acts this century. Universal made a point of extracting The Beatles as a band and as solo acts from its EMI concessions last week.

The Beatles' Final Film: Let It Be

It was 1969 and The Beatles, although still brilliant as musicians and as a recording group, were on their last legs. But the band still owed one film on a long-ago signed contract with United Artist films. Let It Be was originally planned as a television documentary, but later became the contract-fulfilling film the Beatles needed to be over and done with it all.
