On "We Can Work It Out" and "Yellow Submarine" seems that George only played a tambourine, though those songs didn't have any lead guitar solo.

Paul also played lead guitar on "Back In The U.S.S.R." and John played lead guitar on "Revolution", "Come Together" and George's "For You Blue". And George also didn't play lead guitar on his own song "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" (everybody knows who played it).

Drive My Car is Paul on slide lead. Long Tall Sally is John on lead I think.

Also Get Back. John is playing the lead fills..

Also, FWIW, and thats a big FWIW, Emerick mentions that George nailed the lead pretty quickly on Hey Bulldog.  But Geoff's recollection of events has been notoriously challenged in blogs, books, articles and interviews. So take it FWIW ;)

In Geoff Emerick's book "Here There and Everywhere" he writes how George Martin pulled George out as the lead guitarist in his own song, "Taxman."
Here George had finally gotten to have the first song on an album (which Martin reserved for the best song on the album) and then he was handed that!

According to Macca in a recent interview, he and George played the winding dual riffs on 'And Your Bird Can Sing', which surprised me, as I always thought it was John and George.

Not sure why Macca never mentioned that before?
