I don't know what she's thinking here. We don't need another collection of songs.

Guess the old well is running dry for dear Yoko.

eh, just another way to get more people into liking his music. although i must admit, it's a better deal then Lennon Legend. but you're right, for any fans already, its just getting stupid.

No sh*t. She is also releasing a Lennon CD in Asia with some unreleased demos and her Y2K version of 'Give Peace a Chance', and an Asian version of 'GPAC'. You're right though, the CD racks are overflowing with 'Best of's', 'Collections', etc. Its overkill.

I wonder what version of Real Love it is! Probably the acoustic one used on the Imagine Soundtrack LP.

It is a useless conpilation, I bet my money you already have all the songs

It's the best Lennon compilation ever, each of the solo careers should have a double CD with 40 songs. Macca has his Wingspan, John has his Definitive Collection, now Ringo and George should follow suit.

^Yeah I'm with you, for what it is, it's pretty nice, pop it in and you get a long afternoon of quality Lennon. For all the young, newly converted Beatle fans out there, nourished on "1" and the Anthology, I think it's a very solid tour through the solo years. And 38 songs for just about what a single disc will cost you. If anything, this is the way to go, as far as the best ofs.

I am strongly against Best Of compilations. Why? Well, when you discover you like it and want to buy more, you realize that you already have many of the songs on the albums. You still want the albums for the other songs, but how an you know that they're any good? Of course I am always broke, so this has a lot to do with not wasting my money on albums that only have a few good songs on them.

It's the title I like best. But what's wrong with appealing to younger people and showing them what worthwhile pop melodies are?

Reading this I'm afraid of something new as a lost tape rediscovered or an 5.1 old album including an odd demo or something,... cross your fingers HA HA !!! ;D
