Haha, that makes two Ringo Hallowe'en songs... and he also made a Son of Dracula film at some point didn't he? ;)

Come Together could be Halloween-appropriate if given the right mindset. Revolution 9 is kinda spooky too.

If you want something more humorous, you could also try Maxwell's Silver Hammer. Happiest serial killer song ever?
