Come Together could be Halloween-appropriate if given the right mindset. Revolution 9 is kinda spooky too.

^ Rev. 9 is always a good call if you need a creepy song.
If you want something more humorous, you could also try Maxwell's Silver Hammer. Happiest serial killer song ever?
