Okay so who want's to celebrate.
I got chips, dip, BBQ, fried chicken, potato salad, cole slaw, corn on the cob, hot dogs, hamburgers, soda, and Beer to eat and drink. for music I have Classic Rock, BEATLES (of corse) Simon & Garfuncle, Everly brothers, Kingston trio, Don Mclean's American Pie, America, and 80's mix. we can dance all night long. I also have a swimming pool and a hot tub. So let's PARTY.

You cannot legally sue for libel in the US once you are dead (in other words, Yoko could not sue 'for' John).

Goldman knew that.  He made his living leaching off of dead starts (Elvis, Lenny Bruce, etc.).

There is absolutely no evidence John ever did anything homosexually.  Going on a trip to Spain with a known homosexual does not mean an accusation will hold up in court.

Paul himself doubts it, thinking John went with Brian to assert his own dominance in the band itself (that HE was the leader).
