Sir Paul McCartney has paid tribute to guitar amp pioneer Jim Marshall

Sir Paul McCartney has paid tribute to guitar amp pioneer Jim Marshall by posting footage of an impromptu jamming session online.The Marshall Amplification founder died at the age of 88 earlier this month (Apr12), and stars including Slash and Huey Morgan were quick to recognise the rock icon.Beatles legend MCCartney has now added his own tribute by uploading a video of himself playing guitar during a session with some of his musical pals to his official YouTube.com stream.
