How to refer to John's song about Woman is the N of the World

Let's say you want to address this song in a group discussion.  How do you refer to the title in a politically correct manner without using the N word?  Also, should this song title be changed?

I mean they removed the cigarette from Paul's hand from the Abbey Road cover, right?
