Title: The Beatles... Were prophets?
Post by: JoeNorwood on September 20, 2014, 04:27:00 PM
I saw this on a YouTube comment and decided to take a look.
I was astonished how much this seemed to make sense, so I read the whole book, but about this chapter of it now.
It has some very interesting claims and personal stories that point out that Beatles were some kind of prophets?
Read this and maybe we can discuss it.

No offence Joe and I dont know if your selling this book but to me it reads like a big pile of nonsense

Im amazed anyone could write this garbage and expect it to be taken seriously, even some of the 'facts' are wrong

for example, Yer Blues wasnt a John Lennon solo song/track etc

If The Beatles were prophets I wouldn't like them.

John Lennon.....50s rock 'n' roller, toilet seat on head, drunk, running up and down the main street in Hamburg doing a Nazi salute (I don't know if this really happened, but I like to think it did!) = interesting.

John Lennon.....prophet = as dull a perspective on the group and the era as it would be possible to have.
