Title: USA Rubber Soul Dexterized. (East Coast????)
Post by: Bingo Bongo on March 02, 2016, 10:15:21 PM
So pretty well everybody knows that Capitol records were Dexterized from the original EMI recordings once they hit the US shores.

These youtube videos say East Coast??? Was there a difference between East & West coast recordings in the USA???

I have the Capitol Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 CD Box sets from 2004-2006 and cannot tell any difference.  ???

Title: “Ive Just Seen A Face” have the false US start or the UK start?

Also we all know that the 2014 US CD boxset just used the EMI recordings from the 2009 CD re-issues, not the dexterized versions, but a quick question.  Does “Ive Just Seen A Face” have the false US start, or just the normal UK start on the 2014 US release???

The 2014 box used some U.S. mixes.  The stereo I'm Looking Through You (not I've Just Seen A Face) has the false start, the same as the original Capitol album.
