This is absolutely adorable.

Here's what ChiJrsyMs posted on Youtube about it:

December 7, 1978 at the Guildford Civic Hall near Clapton's home in Surrey, England, where he used to play the last gig of his tours in the late 70's and 80's. That's also Elton John on piano. I believe this clip is from Eric Clapton's Rolling Hotel, a tour documentary that was never really released because EC was embarassingly drunk throughout. Clips from Rolling Hotel have been included in various Clapton video bios, however.

That's Carl Radle on bass and George Terry, normally second guitar, on keyboards.  Jamie Oldaker is behind that drum-kit somewhere.

I'll say one thing about Clapton--drunk or sober the man delivers the goods.  OR as they say in the South, better him drunk than another man sober.
