It's interesting how Zep started out rocking on 1 and carried it even higher on 2 and then slid into an "acoustic" style on 3 yet kept just a couple of glimpses of their rock style! They combined both acoustic and hard rock on 4 and then went trippy on Houses Of The Holy! There seemed to be a free fall with Coda, In Through The Out Door, and Presence. Diverse yes inspiring not really compared to their first 5 LPs.

i think they kept going uphill right up to houses of the holy then fell way down with presence then went back up again with ITTOD then back down to a finish with coda. there first 6 albums are flawless
