Later that year, they recorded this song written by Del Shannon. Del Shannon ran out of time at a studio session and didn't get a chance to record the song. He demoed it to The Searchers but they weren't interested. Peter Asher and Gordon Waller happened to overhear Del singing and asked if they could record the song. I Go To Pieces went to #9 on the US charts...
