I can only ever think of two Beatles songs done better by someone else.

The first is Billy J. Kramer & The Dakotas' much livelier, tighter version of "Do You Want To Know A Secret?":

That video showed BBC's Pan's People dancing to The B52's singing Paperback Writer which they recorded for a Buick TV commercial in 2004.  Pan's People did that routine originally on this 8 April 1976 BBC TOTP broadcast of The Beatles singing Paperback Writer...
