The beatles helped me get through life.

I love the beatles.   They have helped me get through many depressing years in my life.

Today I am cranking up the volume.  I am so emotionally high, it's hard to explain.

Here I'll show you why.  I am growing hair again after being bald for 20 years.

No B.S.  It makes me want to run to the top of a mountain and scream

"I am growing hair!"

Thank you beatles.  You helped me get here.  I used to put on a walkman
and ride for miles on my bike listening to the white album.  I really believe
if not for the beatles, I would have ended up killing my self for real.

Thank you beatles for helping me in my darkest hours!

Hippies are cool. Hair is cool. This reminds me of that episode of the Simpsons where Homer takes that tonic Demoxinal and finally grows hair, so he goes around town screaming "I have hair!"

yeah, people call me stupid hippie, and everytime I wear a Beatles shirt they put me down, but when I wear a Led Zeppelin or Jimi Hensrix shirt they compliment me

haha, same over here.
When I used to go to School, there was divisions, in what you wore etc.
People with long hair - Sweaty's (dont know why..)
Shaved hair - Meths - (meaning ruffians, thugs etc)

We hated each other, its a sad state of life, but, its everywhere.
Lots of fights...etc..pretty rough now I think.
But, we were in the right..
..the educated one's

They really helped me through some tough times. Especially when my mother passed. There was no other music to turn to. I'm glad they helped you too Burt!!!
As for hair, I have too much!! lol. Thinkin about a haircut right now.

My hair grows sideways and so fast and thick. as soon as i have it cut it grows,it`s a pain.

Odd, I've gotten compliments from random kids in my school hallway.  I'd be talking to my friends when someone would walk my way, politely elbow me a bit, and go, "Yea, the Beatles!"

Lot's of adults compliment my shirts and fascination for the Beatles as well.  What area do you live in that people put you down?

Yeah I've noticed that too.  Beatles shirts will often get looks of derision, while Hendrix or the Who or Zep, Floyd etc will get approval.  I think it has to do with the pop image of the Beatles early days, and people not knowing about their growth as a band, with great psychadelic and rock songs.  Its odd
