I've been looking for the demo too.  No luck.

But it was on this Hullabaloo show that Woman was first introduced as written by Paul McCartney.

Eh, that version is too jerkey. The drummer needs to do something except for using the back beat. Needs to flow a little more in my opinion. Sound wise, they pretty much nail the Beatles though.

According to Richie Unterberger it might be in Peter Asher's hands, but that is just presuming things. And it seems to be that there was another version recorded, with much less orchestration. The whereabouts of this recording are also unknown. Paul says something about this on the Get Back Sessions on January 14th 1969.

Yes, the drums sound too simple. Maybe that's the way they thought Ringo would have played the song. These are other two unreleased Beatles songs they made:
