This is hilarious (and I don't just mean the spelling!!!)

_UVDlg4x468

"A demon idol-- so unleash my arm."

This is BRILLIANT! I would never in a hundred years have come up with some of these phrases. And neither would you- if you listen to the thing without the words "deciphered" for you. (As I did for part of this as I wrote this reply). I especially like the hard cuts in the middle of a phrase. So very natural...  ;)

Truly, the Beatles were subtle and devious deceivers. *gives them all some marzipan, as that appears to be all they need..."

I'm glad you posted the Paris show. I adored the whole thing. What fantastic energy, from band and audience! Cheers.

I'm going to sort something out with this thread - I'll merge the two and post direct links to the YouTube videos... when I get some spare time! :)

Beatles Live in Paris 1964!

Playing Ticket To Ride? Wouldn't you say in '65? Great footage by the way.

What is the ID? Sorry to be thick, but I can only see: URL and Embed. Neither work.

No worries. A Youtube url-link usually looks like this:
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUwpeMpwWdY" target="_blank" class="aeva_link bbc_link new_win">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pUwpeMpwWdY</a>

The ID part of this is pUwpeMpwWdY. If you put that between this youtube-things it should be working.

Well said, BM! Thank you, The End!

I like that the YouTube code shows the window. Many people post links to YouTube with no more explanation than, "This is neat!" and some URL. I don't usually click on a blind URL because I have no idea if I'm even interested in what someone else thought was neat (or I might have already seen it). The YouTube code gives me a glimpse of the clip so I can more easily tell what's in there, if the poster neglected to tell me. So, thanks again!

Don't know how to make look like the others.
But it's Jefferson Airplane doing a rooftop concert in NYC in '68. Disturbingly like Let It Be.

[EDIT - I sorted it for ya  - AL :) ]
