I have to agree with BM that musically speaking this should be in the musicians corner board when it comes to describing songs attributes with musical thesis. I put my hands up to putting C & D into the equation and perhaps setting a tone.
I could not get into too much of what Pollack says. It has little reference to just getting on playing and feeling it and is quite a pain on the eyes and brain to read and relate to. The Beatles themselves would not be able to describe it like that. I'm happy to learn more but for the sake of the general Beatle populous on the forums, it's best kept where it belongs.
