The popular Beatles tribute band The WannaBeatles will appear on the Huckabee show on the Fox News network on February 1st and 2nd at 8:00 PM Eastern time.In addition to performing Beatles classics on show, the Grammy nominated group will debut "Because They were Fab," an original song written in honor of the Beatles 50th anniversary. Call for artists to appear in Beatles gallery show in North Hollywood

On February 7, Carter Sexton Artists Materials in North Hollywood, CA, will be presenting "All You Need Is Love," a Beatles themed Gallery show for local artists commemorating fifty years of the Beatles in America.The call for artists to appear in the show only has a few days left, the deadline for submissions is this Monday, January 27. Artists can submit up to four pieces, there is no size restriction, and no fee to submit. There is a $10 fee per each piece accepted to be displayed in the show. Artists can submit images of their Beatles inspired artwork to
gallery@cartersexton.com. There will be a reception for the show at Carter Sexton on February 7, the 50 year anniversary of Beatles landing on US soil. White Album performed live this Tuesday in Boston

On Tuesday, January 28, the Tom Appleman Band with guests will perform The Beatles' legendary album, The White Album, in it's entirety, at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, home of the first ever college course in the music of John Lennon. The performance will be lead by Berklee faculty member Tom Appleman and also features Corin Ashley, who recorded in Studio 2 at Abbey Roadand performed or wrote with Al Kooper, T Bone Burnett, Ken Stringfellow (Posies/Big Star), Cardinal and Martin Carr (of Liverpool band the Boo Radleys). Also taking part are drummer Matt Burwell (Bleu/The Pills), Brian E. King of popular Boston band Parks and Berklee guitar instructor Joe Musella. The band will be augmented by students from the Berklee College of Music, a 4 piece horn section, 2 winds, and a string quartet.The show starts at 8:15 on January 28 at The Berklee Performance Center, which is located at 136 Mass Ave. in Boston.
