This is the only album that does not feature George as either singer, or songwriter. (Thanks Tony!!)

Looks like a good combination. Glad to see She Loves You is in the top 3.

I bought Past Masters Vol. 1 specifically to get "Yes It Is". I played the song about 71 times in a row. Well, maybe. Just great mood and harmony. It's a lovely song.

..It's a lovely song.

It is quite good. I think I voted it 'least fave' for me only because I liked all the others better. That's how crazy this thing can be.

when i first got into the beatles i was very dismissive of some of there work and never gave it a chance right from the start when i got a hold of abbey road for some crazy reason i never played it, maybe based on just a quick play through i thought god this is nothing like SPHCB at all, wheres all the weird instruments and psychedelic sounds.

i got into them through the big known songs like, SFF, Penny lane, I am the walrus..........

then i gave abbey road another go and im glad i did because it is now my second favourite album and contains my top 5 song of theres in " you never give me youre money".

Maybe my tastes changed or maybe it was the kind of album that took 2 listens to get it ?.

I had similar feelings when 'AR' was first released. Too slick, or something. But I now see the masterpiece that it is.

I've recently realised in the last 2 or 3 years how much a classic Abbey Road is as well! :)
