For those of you who are going to the Chicago Beatlefest and have yet to book a room at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare where Beatlefest is held, book your rooms now and mention you are attending Beatlefest so you can get the Beatlefest room rates which are $137a night. Just so you know, the Chicago Comic Con (another convention I like to attend, too) is going on that same weeknd in the nieghbouring Stephens Centre. So, it will be chaotic and crowded. Good info. To bad about Davy Jones. Question about "Fest for Beatles Fans" - there is alway ("rumored")
to be a room in the hotel, where bootlegs are sold. Since Mark (The Gentleman whom runs the "Fest")
doesn't let bootlegs be sold at the "Fest" - this is done behind his back. Does anyone have any info on this -
like "whom" (room number would change every year, but any other info is helpful.) I haven't been to Chicago
fest since 2008 and alway had trouble finding "The Bootleg room.
