i think that this is the version of ram that paul should have released.it is superbly produced and executed.i enjoy the vocaless versions of a few of the tunes not all of them mind you but some.(http://www.veebee.freeserve.co.uk/thrill1.JPG)

I think you could kind of tell Paul was losing it as an artist at the time with this instrumental album of Ram as Percy Thrillington IMO.

pc31, you said "great muzak", and you are right.
Paul had hardly any involvement with this album, so it really isn't a "solo Macca album". However, completists (like me) are glad to have it. But for me, it is ... a poor work. I agree with Wayne on this one.

He would like my long legs. I am 180 cm tall, so (knowing Wayne's propensities), there has to be a vibe between him and me.

I saw the Percy album when it first came out and I thought it WAS Ram repackaged. SO I bought it and was quite disappointed. I returned it for the real Ram and never looked back.
