I think I got many about The Beatles (=ca. 35, and increasing) but, regarding this question, they don't agree and that is why I ask for your opinnion. For example: Lewisohn states that ME started to work as road manager in August 1963, while others say that it was around 1962, and even others says that it was in 1961...

That's all..

This is the list of Beatls books I got at home by November 18. Since them, the list has increased (=for example with Bill Harry Beatles Encyclopedia) with about 5 or 6 more:

- The Art of The Beatles. Exhibition Catalogue, Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool, 4 de Mayo - 30 de Septiembre de 1984, Liverpool, Merseyside County Council, 1984
- Babiuk, Andy, Beatles gear, San Francisco, Backbeat, 2002
- Baird, Julia - Giuliano, Geoffrey, John Lennon, My Brother, Londres, Grafton, 1988
- The Beatles. Antologia, Barcelona, Ediciones B, 2000
- The Beatles Complete Scores, Milwaukee, Hal Leonard, 1989
- The Beatles Lyrics, Londres, Futura, 1975

Go with Lewisohn. He very carefully researches precisely this sort of information for his books. You might check his later Complete Beatles Chronicle for more information and updates.

Thanks Bobber!! ;)

I was pretty sure you was going to be able to help me... ;)

That's the date ML gave me. This means that at English tour 18-30 July 1963, Mal wasn't there...

Best!! ;)

If I'm correct, Mal became a steady part of the Beatles entourage on this date. They had been in touch before and Mal could have helped them out on a couple of occasions.

Mal looks completely out of place (and out of rhythm) there. But then again, so does Yoko.
