POB stands for Plastic Ono Band. So, Geoff is refering to the version of I Found Out that appeared on the album Plastic Ono Band.

Same here, cause I think DOuble Fantasy is very weak altogether expect for Watching the Wheels, Beautiful Boy, and the big hits from that album.
