Title: Imagine The Lennon Years BBC 1 12th July

I just saw in a TV mag today as part of that Imagine series they will be focusing about the time John moved to New York it will be on Tuesday 12th July on BBC 1 at 10.45pm.

I did enjoy it, although I was never a big fan of John's radical Greenwich Village period which naturally enough took up a fair bit of the programme. Several clips of footage which were new to me (will we ever see the FULL, unedited film footage of his stroll through Central Park with Yoko, complete with autograph requests etc?). The anecdote about his pride at being able to walk around a department store unpestered and walk up to the counter to buy his own jacket for himself was nice.
