Title: Help!
Post by: on February 23, 2004, 06:49:30 PM: I love this movie. I've seen it so many times and everytime I watch it I notice something new. What are everyone else's thoughts on this film? What are your favourite scenes?

I love the scene in the elevator. Ringo, "What was it that first attracted you to me?" John, "Well, you're very polite, aren't you?" I laugh everytime I see this part.

Post by: The End on February 23, 2004, 07:18:47 PM: Yeah, this is a great film - but not as good as A Hard Day's Night in my opinion. But who cares! With songs such as You've Got To Hide your Love Away, You're Going To Lose that Girl ("boys, are you buzzing?!!"), Ticket To Ride, The Night Before, Another Girl etc etc you can't go wrong! It's like watching videos of their hits linked with dialogue! Excellent :) As PC would say, 3 thumbs up!

My fave sceene is when they kidnap Ringo and George saves him. The sceen in the bathroom is also very funny. ;D :D

LOL...and Paul was the walrus. Anyway, how much does the dvd (or VHS) cost in England? I'm trying to get a copy. Are they out of print? Maybe we should sign a petition for a re-release in 2005.

It doesn't mean it didn't give me major fits of giggles, though ;) I especially liked watching them romp around on skis (good to know I'm not the only one looking pathetic with those strapped to my feet) and my personal favourite, Ringo's "You can see a lot of the world from railings..." I agree...it's funnier and it's in colour! I like AHDN because they were themselves, in Help they were just acting (not even acting...just making fun).

:-/ i would also like when they are planning to sale it in DVD, they say though that they might release it again in 2005! but does anyone know if this is true? :)

But anyway, my favourite part is towards the end, when they are in the Bahamas, at the beach, or later in the swimming pool. I think it's the only time I've seen them all wet swimming.
