A monument to the Beatles will be unveiled this summer in Russia’s Siberian city of Omsk, local administration officials said on Saturday.
The monument in the city’s central park will feature life-size statues of the Fab Four as they appeared on the cover of their 1969 hit album Abbey Road where Paul McCartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr are photographed crossing a London street of the same name.
