Was it? I'm not sure. Probably. Cool movie.  Pacino is awesome.

First four albums.
Kill 'em All - 1983
Ride the Lightning - 1984
Master of Puppets - 1986
... And Justice for All - 1988
Metallica (Black Album) - 1991

That's five...

The old metallica was good. I don't like their newer stuff.

Yeah, St. Anger is the worst thing I've ever heard.

Granted, Black album was way better than ...And Justice for All, but all of the nonhits on it (more than half the album) is kind of corny....like "Of Wolf and Man" and all...They're still the greatest metal band of all time, and I got to see them in concert in Sacramento on the Load tour. Was a fantastic show.
Well, the 80's really weren't that bad! Some good music came out! AC/DC, The Cure, Chili Peppers, REM, U2, The Clash, Springsteen, Guns n Roses, Metallica, Nine Inch Nails, Lenny Kravitz, Ozzy, Prince, Van Halen.

I think the movies coming out now are not much better than those that came out in the 80's! Let's see I remember some good ones.

Yeah, The Godfather isn't all that great in retrospect.....there's just been so many mob movies and t.v. shows since then that it really isn't all that interesting....I'm sure it was something great when it was first released though, and it's definitely directed well.

I like Metallica better......I don't even consider Black Sabbath to be metal really.......not until the Dio years, anyway. Dio can sing better than Ozzy. True.

And "The Godfather" is no "The Lord of the Rings" either.

Oh My God! I can't even answer that. Really.

No reason too.  The Godfather doesn't even come close.

Well, even if you disagree with that, you have to admit that Return of the King is far better than Godfather III.

The Lord of the Rings is so epic that the Godfather can't touch it.  There's no movie that can the Lord of the Rings in terms of the way it pulls on your emotional strings.  I cry every time I watch any of the 3 movies at multiple points.  It's just unavoidable.
