Paul sings in All Together Now:
Black, white, green, red
-
Slops my middle name, but are they meant to be the colors of their Sgt. Peppers uniforms.
-
Nice guess, but not the things I had in mind ...
BTW, I don't mean that the colors were significant when the song was written, or that the colors have anything to do with the song. I only quoted the song because it has the colors I wanted in it.
-
Ok, a little bump.
Simply put, what significance do the colors
WHITE
GREEN
RED
ORANGE
BLUE
have to the Fabs?
-
Is it there instruments? I dunno.
-
I'm stumped on this one. Lets go way out into left field,,,,,Red, White, and Green could be something with the flag of Italy. Orange and Blue,,,,,,I have no idea.

Excellent pc. I knew someone would get it: I was going for End, Charlie, tk or ... yourself. Beatle Ed was an outsider.
The white apple is interesting. The UK release of Jl/POB had a white apple; the US release a rather ghostly grey off-white one, if I remember right. This off-white apple was used on the label of some releases of Imagine (LP) in some countries.
The red apple was used for the US Let It Be album: all other countries I know of had the regular green. However, Ringo's Blast From The Past LP had a red apple everywhere!
Again, congrats!

Sorry pc - I was composing my post while you were!

Ok, i'll be the first to look dumb and go-
April 23-24 1960 - Paul and John perform as 'The Nerk Twins'
Herb Eimerman and Jeff Murphy had a band called 'The Nerk Twins' also. Hope this is what we're looking for.
-
first one is right second is not what i was looking for.....
-
I kind of figured. The second one is a legit band though. They even had Badfinger help out on one of their records in the 70's. It might be worth it someday to check them out. Oh well, i'm anxious to see who gets this one.
