I need to lose weight so bad, I'm such a fatty. Also I want to bring up my grades. My I don't really make resolutions so much as goals, and for me the year really starts in September since I'm in uni.

I think i'm giving up the booze for good. Not that i've been a heavy drinker for the last year or so, but I think i've had enough. I'm also shooting to lose some weight and excercise some.

Mairi darling, fat is not one of the words I associate with you. Your a pretty girl. Dont be hard on yourself for nothing.

I have two, very serious resolutions this year:

- lose 10-20 lbs, Covid has added about 15 lbs , sure some may have been normal aging but I blame covid!

- listen to more Beatles, while this probably sounds tongue in cheek, I am serious.  I'm going even deeper this year, not sure what that means exactly, but woohoo!

Eat healthy, read more, learn some bass guitar, get my feet fully recovered and strong (recently had surgeries to fix flat feet).

I managed 28 days of not drinking alcohol during Dry January. I have been enjoying non alcoholic beer but planning to keep on not drinking as much as I did before.
